THE PURSUIT OF MINDFULNESS

BOMISO is a peaceful and welcoming space, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find some calm and relaxation. It’s a safe space where individuals can come to improve their physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.

Here we believe in the power of yoga to transform both the body, mind and soul. Through regular practice, you can improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, while also reducing stress and finding inner peace.


A LITTLE WORD FROM the FOUNDER.

I am a joy-seeking, knowledge sharing, people person with an abundance of energy and a vision of a world where everyone shows up authentically, just as they are and with trust in themselves. More formally, I am a 300hr yoga instructor with a passion for helping individuals in their personal growth journey and cultivating mindfulness in their lives. Through the practice of yoga and mindfulness in many different forms, I guide my students on a journey towards greater self-awareness, balance and inner peace. I created BOMISO with the intention to connect individuals back to their intuition and true self.

As a creative individual and a practitioner of these ancient techniques, I have personally experienced the transformative power of mindfulness and am dedicated to sharing these teachings with others. I believe that by expressing your creative energy, we can create more harmony and balance in our lives, and live with greater purpose and intention.

In my classes and workshops, I offer a range of styles and techniques to suit individual needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I am here to support you on your journey towards mindfulness, self-love and growth.
